The Kawhatau Walks are over scenic Rangitikei hill country. Your private walk is at your own pace, with minimal gear, over superb hill country farms with spectacular views. Catered or non-catered options available.

Bring your Classic Car with you! Basing yourself at the Historic Shearers' Quarters, we will supply you with; a detailed route book of the beautiful scenic roads within the Rangitikei and an optional picnic hamper for lunch. A quick and easy way to access amazing roads and get the most out of your stay.

Horse Trekking

We invite you to experience a new option in the world of horse trekking. Bring your own horse and simply follow our track guides over the property. Ride at your leisure and take in the spectacular views of the Ruahine's, Mt Ruapehu and the surrounding country side.
